Methadone Side Effects

No drug is complete without the ill wanted, but always there side effects.  Methadone side effects are mostly mild but when the drug is taken in excess or the drug is taken for reasons other than to curb cravings or reduce pain the side effects can be very uncomfortable and difficult to cope with.  It’s important to recognize both the not so dangerous side effects of methadone as well as those which should be immediately reported to a doctor to ensure the safety of the patient.
